Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns within 5 business days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packages.
Non-Refundable Items:
Custom or personalized items (including logo apparel) are final sale and cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. All Custom-Logo Apparel provides recommended quality logo design color options for high-quality. If you decide to choose any color outside of the recommended quality options provided and in return you do not like the design quality, “No Refunds will be provided”. You are welcome to re-order another T-shirt of choice at your expense.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at www.loverulesapparel@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Return Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
